Neeser will Spearhead Business Development

TopLine is excited to have Mr. Neeser, a proven professional who will help guide the company's continued growth. Neeser brings over 20 years of experience in the areas of sales, marketing and management. As Vice President of Business Services and Development at TopLine, Neeser is charged with overseeing business development and sales strategies, pursuing opportunities in new markets and managing the existing client base.
