Generating work orders, resource bookings and invoices on a recurring schedule is easy with field service capabilities for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. In this video we’ll create an agreement and explain things you’ll want to consider as you create, update and manage your own service agreements. You can even choose which agreement details to include on work orders for use by the automated routing engine and the schedule assistant.
