- STEP 1: Assess
- TopLine Strategies. Staff analysts work with each company to fully understand the client’s overall IT strategies and culture. Our process begins with determining our client’s Critical Success Factor (CSF) profile for the successful candidate.
- STEP 2: Research and Analyze
- The CSF profile is screened against our data resources and contacts to produce an initial list of candidates. Our HR experts then personally compare each candidate to our client’s CSF profile.
- STEP 3: Evaluate and Recommend
- Our technology group tests and interviews qualified candidates. The top-tier candidates are presented to clients for review and selection.
- STEP 4: Client Interviews
- Client interviews are scheduled and the candidates are ranked. TopLine Strategies' Staff evaluates the candidate’s cultural compatibility, and we discuss our assessment with the client.
- STEP 5: Verify Background
- Work history verification and reference checks are conducted. We provide optional substance abuse testing, security clearance verification, personality and preference testing, and a variety of other HR related services.
- STEP 6: Present Offer
- Final candidate interviews are scheduled and an offer is presented to the successful candidate.
