Inside Sales
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team of skilled professionals. The inside sales representative will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the TopLine Strategies team to identify and create new customers, grow existing customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction.
Job duties
- Generate new opportunities using marketing campaigns and follow-up techniques in order to create interest in the marketplace
- Increase repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific services, products and solutions
- Implement and execute short-term, mid-term, and long term sales strategies and business plans
Requirements
- Entry-Level position although 1-2 years sales experience a plus
- College or University degree preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
- Strong oral and written communication skills
