TopLine Strategies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. Topline Strategies is a leader in software integration focusing on Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service Technologies, Marketing Technologies, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Content Management, Enterprise Integration Technologies; and delivering premier IT staff augmentation services.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team of skilled professionals. TopLine Strategies is a private firm that is growing rapidly and is a great environment in which to build a career in the technology industry. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the lead generation sequence within the target market. This includes discovering the contact and making appointments for the outside sales team. In addition, the individual will be expected to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin, while increasing customer satisfaction.

The Inside Sales Representative will be exposed and trained on the technology staffing and services industry. This candidate must be passionate about technology and pride themselves on being persistent, positive and career minded.

Essential Functions:

  • Generate new business opportunities using marketing campaigns and follow-up techniques in order to create interest in the marketplace
  • Inbound and/or outbound telesales activities for new and existing accounts
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific offerings and solutions
  • Lead generation of new contacts in target market
  • Respond to email inquiries
  • Implement and execute short-term, mid-term and long term sales strategies and business plans

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience 
  • Passionate about technology staffing and learning new practices
  • Positive up-beat attitude, cannot be afraid of rejection
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, Microsoft Dynamics

Targeted Annual Earnings:

  • $35,000-$52,000 DOE plus 10% commission
  • Incentives and commissions received at plan achievement

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of technology and the technology landscape in Arizona. They need to be a disciplined problem solver with a passion for research, skills analysis, and matching companies with information technology skilled people.

Essential Functions:

  • Understand and manage the talent solutions process
  • Developing and re-writing job descriptions to match industry standards
  • Manage candidates seamlessly through the recruiting process
  • Develop relationships with candidates to understand their skills and cultural match to a position
  • Expand relationships with clients to fill candidate pipeline
  • Diligence in use of Candidate Tracking System & reporting
  • Coordinate onsite and phone interviews
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain recruiting reports and provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruiting status of each position
  • Researching and developing innovative strategies to recruit top talent

Minimum Professional Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
  • Experience of software technology hiring requirements, practices and benchmarking
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional organization skills with high attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset able to handle complex tasks
