This individual will be responsible for lead generation within our target market. These efforts include researching target accounts and contacts, and actively calling and emailing to arrange appointments for the outside sales team. Achievement is recognized; exceeding monthly sales appointment objectives, and initiating appointments that yield revenue results is rewarded with incentives and bonuses.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of performance, be passionate about technology, and pride themselves on being positive and persistent. The Inside Sales Representative will be trained on the technology staffing and the technology services industry.
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
- Generate new business opportunities using marketing campaigns and follow-up techniques to generate appointments
- Outbound and Inbound sales activities for new and existing accounts
- Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific offerings and solutions
- Lead generation of new contacts in target market
- Respond to email inquiries
- Implement and execute short-term, mid-term and long-term sales strategies and business plans
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Passionate about technology staffing and services
- Positive up-beat attitude, and a courageous outbound-calling warrior
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, Microsoft Dynamics
- Proven track record of successful sales experience preferred
Targeted Annual Earnings:
- $35,000-$52,000 DOE plus 10% commission
- Incentives and commissions received at plan achievement
